Security & privacy

Your calendar stays yours.

SendMyAvailability connects to your calendar and email so it can read your real availability and send from your own address. Here's exactly what that means — what we access, what we store, and how to turn it off.

Access

What data we access

Only what's needed to find your open times and send availability from your own inbox. Nothing more.

  • Your calendar's free/busy times, so the slots you offer are always real
  • The contacts you add or import, so you can reach out from one place
  • Permission to send email from your connected Gmail or Outlook account
Why

Why we need calendar access

To offer real availability, we read your connected calendars' busy times and check for conflicts before presenting any slot — so you're never double-booked. We use the minimum scope each provider offers.

Why

Why we need email send access

So your availability emails come from you — your real Gmail or Outlook address — and land like a personal note instead of a no-reply scheduling bot. You connect once via OAuth, and you can revoke it anytime.

Storage

What we store

  • Your account details and connection settings
  • The contacts you add, and your booking-page and signature preferences
  • A record of availability you've sent and meetings booked, for your analytics
Storage

What we don't store

  • We don't sell your calendar, contact, or email data — ever
  • We don't read or archive the contents of your inbox
  • We don't share your data with advertisers or data brokers
Control

How to disconnect Google or Outlook

Disconnect any calendar or email account from Settings inside SendMyAvailability at any time. You can also revoke access directly from your Google or Microsoft account's connected-apps settings. Once revoked, we stop reading that account immediately.

Control

How to delete your data

Ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time and we'll remove it. Email mark@datasalesscience.com from the address on your account and we'll take care of it.
